What’s the process?
When you request a quote either online or by phone our dedicated team will provide you with a quote based on a dedicated driver and vehicle, this ensures the delivery process is as fast as possible as your document will travel direct from collection to delivery with no stops at all. Once booked one of our drivers will collect your consignment within 60 minutes from the booking, with even faster collection time of 30-45 minutes for major UK cities.
During the journey you can track your consignment through our head office in Derby (01332 665533), they will also keep you updated on any traffic issues throughout to ensure you have complete knowledge of where your sensitive documents are at all times.
Alongside any paperwork you may provide, we will also obtain our own signature, printed name and time upon delivery and this can be confirmed by telephone call, SMS or even email.
