At Fastlane Sameday, we guarantee peace of mind by ensuring that your journey with us is properly documented from start to finish, every time.
We use our own triplicate Proof of Delivery forms for every consignment, in addition to your own delivery paperwork. All vehicles are trackable through our central Derby Traffic Office who will also keep you informed of any traffic issues or unavoidable delays throughout the journey.
A signature, printed name and time will be obtained upon delivery, and this can be confirmed by telephone call, SMS or even email.
The delivery documents for every consignment will be securely stored by us for a period of 6 years. This means you can obtain a copy from us at any time, to answer and customer delivery queries or even for logistics auditing purposes.
